A Defense of Rachida Dati
Denis Greslin, administrator of Occidentalis, feels the need to defend Rachida Dati against those who fear her Maghrebin background or doubt her competence:
The choice of Rachida Dati as Minister of Justice breaks with the former policy that consisted of taking any idiot provided it was a North African and giving him a visible "responsibility". A reminder that Begag shoved his way into a post as "minister of equal opportunity" and threatened to pursue all those who committed acts of discrimination. During the campaign he left Sarkozy and joined François Bayrou.
For me, Rachida Dati is not a product of immigration. Her parents arrived in France at the time of decolonization, she studied in private Catholic schools and never used the label of "visible minority" to get ahead. On the contrary she always expressed her love for France and its values, declaring herself "French, of French origin". Certainly she is ambitious, what could be more normal in politics? Character? She has plenty. One had only to see how she calmed Besancenot, who is usually a good debater, during a televised debate. She owes her success to hard work and certainly to the good contacts she made, for example with Albin Chalandon and Simone Veil. She is not a Muslim, on the contrary, she may, because of her appearance, her charm and her new position, attract the hatred of Muslims.
A reminder that Olivier Besancenot was a candidate of the far-left. Chalandon helped her to get a job at Elf-Aquitaine and Simone Veil encouraged her to go to law school.
Why am I painting such a flattering portrait of her on Occidentalis? Quite simply to make it clear that we are fighting Islam, not people of North African origin who do not belong to that sect. Some minister named Dupont who claims he loves the prophet might cause us concern. That is not the case here.
I felt it was important to underscore these points, now it is done. Naturally that will not prevent us from criticizing her performance if it is justified!

Here is a site "Occidentalis", a site about the West, that defends a non-ethnic French woman a cabinet post.
First, She is a Woman that fits into Socialist, Anti-Christian society.
Second, she is a foreigner, and Occidentalis, thinks that an African, can support, maintain Western Law!
I mean this man is a fool. See "racism" is the psuedo heresy of the day. He doesn't want to come off as a "racist" and so He accepts the Americanization of idea of being a Frenchman. Being "French" is a creedal concept now, and NOT a racial one!!! 5000 years of history overturned for the sake of Leftist universal brotherhood mumbo-jumbo.

The comment above doesn't make much sense. Is he suggesting that Denis greslin is a closet racist? An american feels pride when a foreigner acquires the american dream and takes it to the top. Why can't we take pride that Rachida Dati has done the same in France. She has never pronouced one word on Islam and has defended some propositions by Sarkozy that not even a 'moderate' muslim would support.
And if the commenter has anything to back up his comments on Denis Greslin, the owner of the Occidentalis site then he should present his case.
I have no idea if Rachida Dati wil do a good job, but if her performances in TV studios is anything to go by, she is can outsmart most socialists.

I am suggesting that Denis Greslin is (1) a coward and (2) a decieved individual.
First, he is a coward because he doesn't defend the racial solidarity of the French but is quite conscious of Political Correctness and this is where this man's loyalty lies. He is just like Sarkozy. There is no more ethnic French only the French idea that can live in an Asian, an African, An Indian, A German or an Hungarian. She is NOT French nor is she of French Origin.
His argument for the acceptance of Rachida Dati is of political correctness! This is the basis of his morality, his ethics. We are NOT to judge by racial standards but by political correctness; which is cultural Marxism. He is afraid to stand for the national racial/ethnic solidarity of France! He is a coward. Because he is afraid to use the word Race and take into account its effects and affects. Denis is an anti-racism. If you are afraid of being a racist, then you have no balls.
Second, Western Law and Western Civilization is the product of Western races/peoples. How can an African, a Muslim know anything about Western Law? How does an accountant know anything about Western Law or how it is formed. Here is a man who operates a site called "The West" and he is no qualms about foreigners, non-Westerners holding positions of power and cultural control in a Western country. Denis shows that is just as cosmopolitan as Sarkozy.
