A kind reader left this comment with a link to his website. I accidentally rejected the comment using my iphone. Please note his link and consult his article which is very readable. I gave up last night trying to read the French reports - they all suffered from so much dry "objectivity" that I fell asleep. I will attempt to do more research on the aftermath of the event, since I think most readers know what happened.
